FINANCIAL STATEMENT CY 2008

In response to the following views/comments posted at LBPEA9 forum:

The LBPEA FS po ay ma i distribute na po end of dis year, sabi po ng ating asset sa LBPEA office.. Abangan po natin..

Malapit na po magtapos ang taon... lampas na po ng 100 days.. but until now wala paring FS na ipakita ang ating LBPEA Officers.. Sir Lito sino po ba ang pina assigned/incharged sa pag gawa ng FS. Makupad pa sa pagong, palitan na po.. Kung kailangang mag bayad tayo. Magbayad na po tayo ng taong gagawa nyan.. mag pa bidding po kayo.. cgurado ako maraming interested.

1. On reporting of LBPEA financial statements for CY 2008 we have to clarify the following duties in our CBL:

The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the LBPEA. His duties and power shall include the following:

Submit annual reports to the general membership.

And

The National Treasurer shall exercise general administration and supervision of all financial matters of the LBPEA. Relative thereto, he shall perform the following functions:

Submit to the general membership and Executive Board semi-annual financial reports within the first week preceding the last semester and annual financial reports within ninety (90) days after the close of the calendar year;

If based on the above duties the Annual Reports of the President include the Financial Statement and not the same as the financial reports by the Treasurer, the LBPEA President will submit/post the financial statement of LBPEA on or before the end of January 2009. Please help us clarify the matters as soon as possible.
